In-Person Onsite

Onsites are a two-day, in-depth experience where we dig into your business and find innovative solutions to the problems you are facing. Sometimes you want to go faster, and onsites are a way to hyper-charge your growth.

Onsite Packages are best suited for businesses that are wanting to map out major initiatives, explore deeply needed operational shifts, want help developing culture and leadership, or need help mapping out strategic marketing plans for their individual company's growth.

Onsites are held in-person in Winston Salem, North Carolina. You are responsible for your travel costs to get to the onsite - I provide meeting space, breakfast and lunch for both days of your onsite, and free lodging at my Airbnb.

What’s included:

The onsite package includes:

  • 90 minute planning call, where an agenda for our time together will be developed mutually and then finalized by Michelle

  • 4 hours of prep work for Michelle (identified during the planning call)

  • 2 days onsite with Michelle (6 hours of meeting time per day)

  • breakfast, lunch & meeting space in Winston Salem provided for both days of the onsite

  • a guide of what to do in Winston Salem

  • a free Airbnb for your use during your onsite (up to 5 days, 4 nights)

  • an implementation report of findings from the onsite and recommended next-steps, developed by Michelle and delivered within a week of the onsite

  • bonus: a one time, 60 minute coaching call post-onsite

Stay for Free

The cost of your lodging is included in your onsite price at one of my personal Airbnbs. The Airbnb includes everything you’ll need during your stay, and is walking distance from local attractions in Winston Salem.

You are welcome to bring friends, family, and/or pets with you to use the space for up to four nights over the course of your onsite booking.

FAQs

  • If you are a pet care business looking to scale a team and make a strategic investment in your development, this onsite could be an excellent fit for you. My specific expertise is in the dog walking niche, but I have worked with dozens of full service companies as well.

    Example topics of onsite workshops: addressing hiring issues, identifying significant business model shifts, developing strategic marketing & sales campaigns, building leadership teams and culture building.

  • I am only able to offer 1-2 onsites a month. If this is on your radar, I highly encourage you to reach out to start the discussion as far in advance of your desired trip as you can.

  • Onsites are a strategic investment in your business, and they are priced as such. But here is my promise to you: I never accept an onsite request unless I am confident I can give a return of more than the cost in a reasonable timeframe within your business. If I don’t think I can help you, I don’t book it. Period.

  • Yes, I do, and here’s a secret for you: as long as the onsite is paid for in advance of your arrival, you can have whatever payment plan you want. Make 25 payments if you want - it just has to be done before we get started.
