You will get as much out of this cohort as you put into it. This is not a Mastermind program for someone who is looking to occasionally pop into a group for inspiration. This is a Mastermind for high-growth focused companies, looking to scale their companies in 2024.

1 - Fill out the contact form. This doesn’t commit you - we will set up a call from here, and you’ll be able to ask me all your questions!

2 - If this feels like a fit for us both and there is still space in a cohort for you (and your territory has not already been claimed), I will send a “Terms & Conditions” document to sign. This holds your seat in the Mastermind until we launch as a group in January.

3 - The week before we start, I’ll send you the link to get into the class and to make your first payment. After that, the platform for our class takes care of your monthly payment moving forward.

  • The core focus of the Mastermind is our weekly group call - this is a 90 minute call where I cover operations and marketing content, and the group connects on all of the companies individual goals. The minimum time investment to get the return of the cost of the Mastermind is to come to this call (it is recorded if you ever need to miss, but I encourage you to come live as often as you possibly can.) You also will most likely want 1-2 hours a week to implement the content and the SOPs.

    Past this, it is up to you. There are 3 hours of weekly office hours that you can take advantage of, a private community to connect with other owners, and you can be pared with an accountability partner.

  • Have you ever signed up for an online course with the BEST of intentions, and then never actually watched the content? When I formed this Mastermind, I decided I would make it as impactful to the companies I worked with as possible - and I came to the decision that having a weekly time to attend a live call together, where you are accountable to real people for your results, would be more impactful than pre-filming this course into a Mastermind.

    Think of it this way: we essentially build a year filming a live course together, than you then have access to for life and can go back and watch anytime!

  • If you finish the full 12 month program, you have access to our class in the platform we use called Kajabi (including our call recordings and all the SOPs and documents) for life.

    If you choose to discontinue your participation at some point through the year, it is your responsibility to download the documents you want to keep prior to your subscription ending. You do not retain access to the video library if you do not finish the full 12 month program.
